This book is made of journal entries, thoughts,

and drawings from my teenage journals.

Growing up and learning how to deal with strong

emotions can be overwhelming and terrifying.

It often feels lonely especially during this age period.

To who ever connects and understands the pages

within this book.

Just know there is light at the end of the tunnel

even when you don't see it at first.
